: Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 in Medical and Healthcare We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manger /Business Development Executive, your main objective will be to drive sales and secure contracts for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. Your role will also involve engaging with referral partners and implementing hospital engagement strategies. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contract terms with clients. Achieve a monthly target of 6 L minimum billing with a minimum of 20 contracts, with each contract billing at least 30k. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Continuously update knowledge about our products, services, and industry trends. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and market reach. Establish and nurture referral partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. Implement referral payout programs for B2B referral partners, including associate levels with corresponding monthly payments. Create and execute hospital engagement strategies to drive revenue and profit-sharing opportunities. Work with the operations team to design an incentive plan for hospital engagement efforts. Requirements: Proven experience as a business development executive or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry trends is preferred. Familiarity with B2B sales and referral partnership programs. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
