About the job The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to understand the objectives of our clients and effectively communicate their needs to the sales team. You may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. As a sales account executive you should recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With your extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will communicate directly with clients and prospects. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Requirements: 3- 5 Years work experience as a Sales Account Executive in the field of Audio/Visual Telecom Solutions, IT Solutions, Lighting Solutions, ELV & Safety Solutions. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving Budget Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable goals for the sales team. Language proficiency. Presentation Skills. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
