1.Effectively convert all walk-ins and online queries into sales through the help of the staff2.Setting up monthly/weekly target for Sales Staff, Supervisors, FAs and other Managers.3.Prepare Sales and Customer Relation Report by analyzing and categorizing sales information.4.Identify and investigate the customer complaints and suggestions.5.Conducting periodic review of staff job results and learning needs with the help of other Manager(s)/ Supervisor(s).6.Manager styling and special orders7.Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory
