- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience : Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Communication : Good Communication skills
