You\'ll achieve this by:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to maximize sales through your assigned agency network.
Building strong agent relationships: Act as a trusted advisor and coach, motivating and supporting your network of agents to achieve their full potential.
Training and development: Deliver effective training programs to equip agents with the necessary knowledge and skills to sell our products effectively.
Goal setting and performance management: Set clear and achievable goals for your agents, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Fieldwork and market analysis: Actively participate in field activities, identify new business opportunities, and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
Building a strong reputation: Develop and maintain a positive image for the company within the assigned agency network.
