Team handling experience in the previous role on/off siteProviding guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.To handle walk-in customers at the Site Office.Assist residential/corporate customers with real estate requirements.Accompany customers for site visits and coordinate pre/post site visits.Should have a creative and result-oriented approach to serving customers.Ability to communicate, present and influence the buyers for buying the property.Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending, and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.Should have effective communication skills to convince the customer for buying the property.To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future Sales opportunities.Contact person :- stella Gohil. 9687088233
