1.MPN or Channel growth whichever is higher
Activation to be minimum 50%
2.80% of the portal issuable policies to be issued through portal
3.Continuous training to be arranged to increase the productivity of the IMD
Cross sell
4.Profitable 4W Renewal ratio to increase to 75%
Active Agent with average premium of Rs. 5000
5.Marine growth at 25% and Liability growth of 30% against the base
6.Fresh Health business to grow by 30% and 40% of the system agent to be Health
7.Minimum 5% growth in A+band, 10% growth in A &B Band and 15% growth in C&D band ,to increase the BCDE band productivity and their business contribution to increase to 25%
