Designation: Sales Manager / Agency Manager:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• ?To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisor
• Relationship management with stakeholders
• Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
?? Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 2 Year from life insurance and financial services
Age should be between 25-40. He should be a resident of the city we are hiring for 5+ years.
Domicil - min 2 years
??Two-Wheeler with valid License.
