• Responsible for sourcing Business Loans/MSME Loans through Channel Partners
• Responsible for recruiting and managing Channel Partners
• Responsible for achieving sales targets through Channel Partners
• Training the Channel Partners on loan products of Prayaan Capital and Product Policy
• Motivating the Channel Partners to achieve monthly sales target
• Working with Channel Partners for maintaining persistency of repayment and portfolio quality
Candidate:
The candidate should be from Insurance Industry, and having thorough knowledge about the territory he is operating and have experience in managing a network of Insurance Agents preferably in the same location

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
