Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Female) to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing a team, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors, market demands, and customer preferences.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and meetings to promote products/services.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques , processes, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .
• Ability to motivate a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive results.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
