Job Title: Sales and Leasing Manager - Commercial Properties

Job Overview:

As a Sales and Leasing Manager specializing in commercial properties, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of professionals in generating revenue through successful sales and leasing transactions of commercial real estate. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Leasing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies for commercial properties.

Analyze market trends, demand, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.

Address client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, economic indicators, and local/regional market conditions.

Utilize market research to identify potential investment and leasing opportunities.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Negotiate favorable terms for sales and leasing agreements, considering both client and company interests.

Ensure timely and successful closure of deals and contracts.

Property Presentation:

Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling property presentations and marketing materials.

Showcase commercial properties to potential clients and investors.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure all sales and leasing transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Oversee the preparation and completion of all necessary documentation.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for the sales and leasing department.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on sales and leasing activities, presenting key performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to commercial properties.
