Job Title:Sales Leader India -Coating Adhesive & SealantsSummary: This position is responsible to grow Momentive\'s business in Coating additives, Construction, Adhesives and Sealants. The position requires the individual to identify emerging trends and identify industry unmet needs. Furthermore, the position requires the ability to build and sustain relationships with top coatings, Adhesive and Construction chemical companies, across their R&D and marketing organizations. Should possess the ability to articulate and communicate customer problems, resilience and a growth mindset. Key account Management and channel management are required to be successful in the role.Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible to execute the regional strategy (for CAS & PE).
• Manage the present business and create a growth pipeline to deliver sustained growth.
• Based on understanding of key market trends build insights for future product pipeline.
• Developing a project pipeline in the coating additive space
• Ability to work independently with key accounts and distributors.
• Conduct customer roadshows across target industries.
• Deliver the key metrics on Rev, Volume, Profitability, working capital and maintaining forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:The following are required for the role

• BE/ BTech ; Chemical Engineer with specialization in Coatings.
• Around 16 ~18 years of Sales/Technical Sales experience in the Coatings industry.
• Should have led a business unit/segment in coatings space in a coating additive company. (Leadership role for at least 6~10 years)
• Possess good communication skills, ability to articulate opportunities using a Desirability, Feasibility and Viability framework.

Preferred Qualification

• Understanding of Decorative and Industrial coating formulations & ability to suggest and demonstrate a coating formulation.
• Proven track record of providing innovative solutions for coatings industry.
