  • Lead Generation & Management: Identify and target potential clients for transaction services. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end transaction process, including negotiation, contract management, and closure. Ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed transaction targets. Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and ensure the successful execution of transaction-related initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with a focus on managing and closing transactions. Experience in [industry/sector] preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including negotiation, contract management, and post-sale processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
