Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for key
account management aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key
clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for
complementary products or services.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate pilot programs with key clients to
introduce new offerings.
• Proactively address client concerns, implement retention
strategies, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a unified approach,
communicating key client insights for continuous
improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
