At Butame Pharma, we are seeking an experienced individual who has a strong background in creating sales invoices for medical shops. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using software like Marg and be capable of generating sales and purchase invoices accurately and efficiently. Additionally, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all data is properly stored in Google Sheets on a daily basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities for the role at Butame Pharma include:

• Creating Sales Invoices : Generate accurate sales invoices for medical shops using Marg software on a daily basis.
• Processing Purchase Invoices : Prepare and process purchase invoices efficiently for all orders received.
• Data Entry in Google Sheets : Record all sales and purchase data accurately in Google Sheets for future reference and tracking.
• Managing Inventory Data : Ensure that all inventory-related information, such as products sold and purchased, is accurately reflected in the invoices.
• Timely Reporting : Submit all completed invoices and data entries by the end of each workday.
• Invoice Reconciliation : Periodically check and reconcile invoices with records in Google Sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordination with Sales and Purchase Teams : Collaborate with internal teams to confirm and verify product details, quantities, and pricing before finalizing invoices.
• Ensuring Compliance : Adhere to company policies and regulations when creating and maintaining invoices and records.
• Responding to Queries : Address any questions or issues related to sales or purchase invoices from internal teams or medical shop clients.
• Improving Workflow : Continuously look for ways to streamline the invoice creation and data storage process for better efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
