As a Sales Intern at Spaark Overseas, You will be an integral part of the sales team, working closely with experienced sales professionals to develop and refine essential sales skills. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in key areas of the sales process.
What You will learn.
• Sales Techniques : Learn and apply a variety of sales strategies to effectively engage with potential clients.
• Sales Pitch & Elevator Pitch : Develop and refine your ability to create and deliver compelling sales pitches, including short and impactful elevator pitches.
• Inside Core Sales : Get hands-on experience in managing internal sales operations, understanding customer needs, and crafting personalized solutions.
• Sales Calculations & Pipeline Management : Assist in maintaining and updating sales pipelines, as well as performing calculations for quotes and sales forecasts.
• Program Pitching : Participate in pitching various programs and services to prospective clients, aligning solutions with their business needs.
• Sales Record Maintenance : Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Operational Tasks : Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Service Provision & Solutions : Understand and communicate the services and products provided by Spaark Overseas, ensuring they are accurately represented to clients.
• English Speaking & Communication : Hone your verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional interaction with clients.
• Negotiation Skills : Gain exposure to negotiation techniques, learning how to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Lead Maintenance & Qualification Calls : Assist in managing lead databases, qualifying new leads, and conducting follow-up calls to nurture potential sales opportunities.
• Sales Closure : Learn and practice techniques for successfully closing sales deals and securing client commitments.
• Hands-on experience with real-world sales processes.
• A deeper understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Objection Handling, Presence of Mind, Art of Speech and Talking
• Effective communication techniques and professional pitch development.
• Pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• The art of closing deals and how to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn to have Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
