KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and online inquiries
• Process orders in-store and online, ensuring accurate transactions and prompt follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and work with the team to recommend suitable bicycles, components, or accessories

E-commerce Coordination

• Support website sales by updating product listings, description, and ensuring accurate product details.

Store and Inventory Management

• Contribute towards maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving and restocking inventory.

Community Engagement

• Support events, promotions, and cycling meet-ups organized by United by Cycling.
• Interact on Social Media cycling forums and promote our website and products.

Candidate we are looking for

• Friendly, customer-focused, and a strong communicator.
• Passionate about cycling and eager to learn about high-end bicycles and accessories.
• Proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems .
