About the internship
As a Sales intern at our Homiestays company, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and innovation. You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and building relationships with customers. Your knowledge in sales, digital marketing, and marketing campaigns will be put to the test as you work on various projects to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the homestay industry
2. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and increasing revenue
4. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to create engaging content and drive traffic to the company website
5. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
6. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain valuable experience and insight into the sales process
7. Provide support to the sales team in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 500 per sale).
