• Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Provide information on various travel destinations, including local attractions, culture, and customs.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, offering excellent customer service.
• Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, including promotions and deals.
• Process bookings and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and send travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and confirmations.
• Assist in resolving any travel-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of different travel destinations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
