About the Role:
We are looking for two driven and goal-oriented Business Development Interns with a background in recruitment consultancy to support our team in generating leads, onboarding new clients, and contributing to business growth. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, introducing them to our recruitment services and securing onboarding opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Client Onboarding: Successfully onboard 15 clients monthly, meeting established targets for stipend qualification.
• Data Management: Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and progress in lead generation.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of Fresher-6month in a recruitment consultancy role, with familiarity in recruitment processes and business development.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately and meet the monthly onboarding targets.
