About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Intern/Business Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our website development and recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
• Utilize online tools and databases to build and maintain a prospect list.
• Conduct market research and identify industry trends to identify potential clients.
Sales & Business Development:
• Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Qualify leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
Recruitment:
• Research and identify potential client companies (e.g., startups, SMEs, large enterprises) in various industries.
• Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases) and networking to build a target client list.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls/meetings with hiring managers and HR professionals.
Recruitment Lead Qualification:
• Understand the client's hiring needs, budget, and timeline.
• Qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with our company's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, hiring trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify potential new markets and service offerings.
Administrative Support:
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and results-oriented approach
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
