As a GLC Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving Sales at the assigned GLC. (GLC stands for 'Growth and Logistics Centre' - the location where our fodder is cultivated using hydroponics). Your role will involve ensuring the Sales within the rural catchment of the GLC in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
• Develop and Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the GLC.
• Engage with the customers and the retailers to educate them on the benefits of Shunya and helping them self-order using the Shunya mobile app (increase app downloads).
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Growth Management:
• Conduct market research to understand local animal husbandry, dairy, agricultural needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional activities. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, dairy farm owners, and local communities.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and eVectively.
• Achieve performance metrics and KPIs related to Sales.
• Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators to the leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Intermediate(10/+2) or, Bachelor's diploma/degree holder.
• Freshers candidates can apply for this opportunity.
• Good understanding of rural markets and agricultural practices in India.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging rural environment.
• Knowledge of local languages and cultures within the assigned territory is an advantage. Tech-savvy (mobile friendly).
• Should have a two-wheeler with DL
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
