Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in resource augmentation.
• Help prepare and distribute marketing materials to prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings and take notes to document discussions and action items.
• Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on results.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and the resource augmentation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
