Job Description

Cascade Headway is an authorised partner of Zoho, focused on delivering innovative software solutions. We are seeking a motivated sales intern to support our product sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture leads to convert them into sales.
• Engage with potential clients through calls and meetings, presenting our software solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection and stay committed to sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements • Strong ability to convince and close deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work diligently under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn about software and technology.
• Resilience in facing challenges and rejections.
• Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
