What You'll Do:

- Engage with prospective candidates and guide them in choosing the right courses.

- Explain course benefits and answer queries to convert leads into enrollments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

- Maintain records of interactions and feedback to improve outreach.

- Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels (email, phone, social media).

- Stay proactive by following up with candidates and pushing sales through value-driven interactions.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a CTC of 2LPA - 4LPA
