- Lead Generation - Identify potential placement opportunities by researching companies hiring for in-demand tech stacks like Full-stack, React, Node, and more.

- Relationship Building - Engage with HR managers and recruiters to foster strong partnerships for our placement programs.

- Understanding Needs - Communicate with hiring firms to understand specific candidate requirements and preferences.

- Collaboration - Work closely with our HR Coordinator to provide qualified leads, enabling successful student placements. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
