The intern will support sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and contribute to the company's growth, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT services industry.Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage with clients effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cold calling with a persuasive approach and the ability to initiate conversations with prospective customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills to navigate discussions and secure beneficial outcomes for the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data and enhance sales communication and tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for organizing sales processes and managing client relationships efficiently.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for handling data, generating reports, and performing sales analyses.
  • Capability in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience using lead generation tools to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities and prospects.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and prepare for initial outreach through cold calling and emails.
  • Participate in sales meetings and follow-ups, assisting the sales team with project coordination and customer relationship management.
  • Support the creation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client-related information and sales activities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns targeting new customer segments.
  • Assist in organizing and attending networking events, trade shows, or other promotional events to represent Vrcyn effectively.
