Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sales Support:
• Assisting the sales team with daily activities, including preparing sales materials and presentations.
• Providing administrative support for sales meetings and customer interactions.
• Updating and maintaining customer databases and sales records.
• Lead Generation:
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and leads.
• Reaching out to leads via email, phone, or social media to schedule appointments and gather information.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining lists of prospects and leads for follow-ups.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Helping maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with responding to customer inquiries and following up on leads or sales opportunities.
• Supporting the team in resolving client concerns or issues.
• Sales Presentations and Demos:
• Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, product demos, and marketing materials.
• Observing and participating in client presentations and negotiations.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Tracking and documenting sales activities, meetings, and client interactions.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analyzing sales performance data.
• Helping in the analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Team Collaboration:
• Working closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support various projects and initiatives.
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship or experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach.
