Job Description

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify Leads: Research and identify potential clients or leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present solutions.

3. Sales Presentation and Negotiation:

• Present Solutions: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
• Negotiate Terms: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans.

5. Product Knowledge:

• Understand Products: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Educate Clients: Educate clients on product offerings and how they can meet their specific needs.

6. Market Research:

• Analyze Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

7. Sales Reporting and Administration:

• Track Sales: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
• Report Metrics: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

8. Customer Service:

• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

9. Collaboration:

• Work with Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance client satisfaction.
• Attend Meetings: Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs.

10. Self-Development:

• Continuous Learning: Pursue professional development opportunities to stay updated on sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Skill Enhancement: Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.
