Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Acquisition: Identify and source potential leads, generate meetings, and acquire new clients through various channels such as social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while continually seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations to ensure successful deal closure.
• CRM and Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities, and analyze sales data to improve strategies and outcomes.
• Market and Industry Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and understand the IT market to implement new ideas in sales pitches and strategies.
• Sales Support and Reporting: Provide support to the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
