Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of SaaS sales while working closely with our experienced sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting.
• Support the sales representatives in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales reports.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and strategies for closing deals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.
### Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong interest in sales and SaaS / Product, with a desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively and team members.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible to do rotational shifts is a must
