Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Traineeto join our growing team. As a Sales Trainee, you will support the sales cycle by generating and qualifying leads, pitching the company's IT product based on client needs, and managing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech sales while working closely with an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and manage leads through various sources (online platforms, trade fairs, referrals, etc.). Initiate contact with prospective clients and understand their business needs. Present and explain product features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients. Customize product pitches based on client requirements and convert leads into sales. Schedule and deliver product demonstrations, both online and in-person. Maintain a CRM database with updated client and prospect information. Participate in branding and promotional activities such as exhibitions, and webinars. Assist in preparing marketing and sales collateral. Develop and maintain strong post-sales relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
