Responsibility
• Client Outreach : Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms. Schedule meetings with students
• Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support the sales team in strategy development.
• Sales Support : Assist the sales in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Update CRM systems with client information and interactions.
• Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow-up : Support follow-up efforts with potential clients and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Sales Reporting : Prepare reports and summaries on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing documentation.
• Product Training and Knowledge : Learn about the products or services being offered to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
• Shadowing Sales Calls : Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals during client calls or meetings.
