Reporting to Sr Manager -HR
- Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning.
- Complete Recruitment life cycle management, Employee Engagement
- Organizational initiatives on Change Management and implementation of business strategy.
- Organization Development
- Policies and Procedures, Career & Succession Planning, On-boarding
- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
- Career development opportunities.
- Drive all HR Initiatives , Business Partnering role.
- Handling the implementation of HR Policies / Processes.
- Heading the HR function for the Region, and driving end to end HR function, including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, business partnering.
- Support in institutionalizing a strong performance culture
- Work as a HR advisor and support Business leaders on all people related matters
- Undertake different HR benchmarking initiatives for improving efficiency
