Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Hospitality Sales to expand our presence in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will develop strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their project needs and providing customized solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Present Arcedior's product portfolio, highlighting its value and suitability for the hospitality sector.
• Collaborate with the sourcing and design teams to meet client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the hospitality domain.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client network.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its specific requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
