We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Head Sales to lead our sales operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities :Sales Strategy and Planning :- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company\'s sales targets in Delhi.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.- Create and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts. Team Leadership and Management :- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages growth and success. Business Development :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\'s market presence in Delhi.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.Customer Relationship Management :- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Performance Tracking and Reporting :- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
