Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive the sales strategy in our IT services and solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Monitor and analyze market trends , competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Drive innovation and suggest new approaches to capture untapped markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the IT domain.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with international sales and familiarity with global markets.
