Job Description

A sales head, will be responsible for the overall sales strategy of a company. Their responsibilities include:

Candidate from Real Estate Construction Background is preferred

• Developing sales strategies : Creating strategies that align with the company's goals, including identifying new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends, and creating sales plans
• Setting sales targets : Setting targets for the sales team and monitoring their performance
• Managing the sales team : Recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating the sales team
• Building customer relationships : Understanding the needs and preferences of key customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service
• Analysing market trends : Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
