RESPONSIBILITIES:Growing Connections:
  • Further penetrate our existing clients in Ahmedabad by introducing new disciplines and brands where relevant
  • Bring new clients on board by signing new contracts
  • Understand the business and organisation structure of the customers and foster relationships across various levels (CxOs, HR, Finance, Procurement etc.) to identify opportunities for growth
Business Development
  • Build a strong opportunity pipeline through regular engagement with various functional teams at the client's end
  • Develop a winning sales pitch for retaining current business and find ways to develop additional business
  • Work on strategic partnership to activate new clients/verticals and revive lapsed/existing clients/verticals among the assigned set
  • Own & maintain account plan with detailed action/activity tracking
Innovation
  • Drive improvements in activities such as driving sales effectiveness and refining strategy
  • Identify effective tactics of customer engagement in collaboration with marketing initiatives
  • Perform market research and opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas
  • Organise various events to deepen the engagement within the market
Exposure to the world's biggest multinational brands and industry leadersGain expertise by driving and owning the P&L
  • 10 plus years of relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management in permanent recruitment or B2B sales in Ahmedabad
  • You are Self driven, Entrepreneurial and commercially focused
  • You possess Strong relationship, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Ability to thrive as an individual contributor role
