Job Summery:
we seek an experienced sales head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies,Mentoring staff, and building client relationships. if you have a strong sales management background and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsblity:
• Develop & Implement sales strategies
• Lead the sales team
• Set sales goals on your own as well as team
• Allocate Leads to the team & follow up regularly.
• Train new join Employees regarding panel, SOP, and Policies.
• Update formats& reporting structure as per requirements.
• Handle Team Queries
• Lead Analysis on regular basis and give feedback for improvement.
• Team Management availability, Target management, lead allocation, etc.
Qualification:
• Minimum Graduate with Agriculture
• Proven Experience in sales leadership
• Excellent communication and Analytical skills
• Strong Track record of achieving the target
• Technical knowledge of Agriculture
• Result Orianted
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
