Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales department.
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure effective sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track sales team productivity and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales operations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and strategy to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management within the real estate industry, with at least 5 +years of experience in a senior sales role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
