- Handling all sales showrooms
- Motivating the Team
- Bringing more walk in to the showrooms
- Promote our brand
- Resolving customer issues
- Ensure on time deliverables
- Meet Company targets
- Conduct daily and periodical review meeting with the team
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Incentives for the teams
- Monitor Attendance. Grooming and duty roaster for the team
- Coordination and Interactions with RTO, CRM and Telecallers
- Vehicle checklist explanation
- Vehicle registration and handing process
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-directed individual with initiative
- Analytical Bent of Mind.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- a high level is essential
- Highly organized
- Can operate in a structured and organized way
- Excel and system knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to display control over activities
- Experience in two/four wheeler industry is an added advantage
