• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information on features and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Ensure proper display, stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
• Process billing and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Address customer queries and complaints with a professional approach.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales (experience in kids' products is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude.
Job Details:
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• Salary: Competitive with sales-based incentives.
