Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, and supporting the overall sales goals of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Sales:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Restock shelves and merchandise displays regularly.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support to colleagues during peak times and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
