JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation/Role: Sales Executive / Sales Girl

Department: Sales-Department

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment, assist with product choices, and handle complaints promptly.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, offer demos, and educate customers on usage and benefits.

Order Management: Guide customers, ensure accurate orders, and verify contents before billing and packaging.

Stock Management: Organize shelves, label products correctly, conduct regular stock checks, and manage inventory effectively.

Sales Targets: Identify upsell opportunities to increase transaction value.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively, assist colleagues, and participate in meetings and training.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and adhere to store policies.

Compliance: Follow food safety regulations, store policies, and stay informed about relevant standards.

Skills/ Experience Required:

1-2 Years of Experience in Store Sales. (Stores Like D-Mart, Vijeta, More, Trinetra)

Educational Qualification:

Any Degree with Good English and Hindi.

Compensation / Salary:

10K to 15k Approx. (Based on Interview)

Working Hours:

Male: 10:00AM - 8:00PM.

Female: 10:00AM - 7:00PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
