  • Bachelor\'s or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
Preferred ExperienceMust have: * Administration of the SBS Salesforce instance
  • User Rights Management
  • Manage minor fixes and configuration changes
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Power BI and / or Excel
  • Ability to train/upskill on platforms like Outreach and Seismic
  • Full understanding of the support process and experience in handling users
  • Knowledge of data integration
  • Knowledge of the sales process
  • Producing metrics and reporting on the performance for the area of responsibility
  • SQL/SOQL
Good to have: * CRM A development / maintenance knowledge
  • A development background (Apex) is preferred.
  • Exposure to build & release in production.
  • Outreach/Seismic
What you will do
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and execution of the Salesforce CRM platform including support, configuration, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting errors and find innovative solutions.
  • Responsible for the fixing minor bugs and configuration changes.
  • Ensures the system availability, back-up & recovery, manage user access, data strategies - assist the business with the data governance & support - provide BAU support for CRM.
  • Think critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals.
