Job Summary: As a Sales Field Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services in a variety of environments. This is a highly customer-facing role, where you will be expected to travel to meet clients in person, demonstrate products, and close sales in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Outreach: Proactively approach potential clients through cold calls, visits, or networking events.
• Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations of our products/services to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of how they can benefit.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person presentations and meetings to introduce new products and provide detailed information.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively selling products and services.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• Female candidates preferred for this role (due to the nature of client interaction and specific market requirements).
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a field sales environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
