Sales & Export Marketing
Position: Sr. Executive/AM/DM
Educational Qualification : Any graduate or preferably MBA in marketing
Experience : 5 years or above only in Automotive industry in Export Marketing & Sales
Location : Baddi - Himachal Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Retention & Reorders
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
b) Ensure repeat business by providing exceptional post-sales support and fostering long-term partnerships.
2. Follow-Up & Client Engagement
a) Proactively follow up with clients for feedback, queries, and order updates.
b) Engage with clients to identify additional needs and opportunities for upselling.
3. Order Management
a) Coordinate the end-to-end order process, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
b) Track and monitor order status, resolving issues promptly.
4. Documentation & Coordination
a) Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, and quality control) to ensure smooth operations.
5. Communication & Relationship Management
a) Act as the primary point of contact for export clients.
b) Deliver clear and timely communication regarding orders, product updates, and company policies.
