About the Role:

Darzi On Call is seeking a talented and creative individual having 3+ Years of experience to join our team as a Fashion Consultant cum Sales Expert representative. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of the fashion industry and client needs to convert inbound calls into qualified leads and maximize turn up opportunities.

Darzi On Call, the bespoke tailoring game-changers, are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our squad. You'll be the first point of contact, transforming calls into lifelong clients.

You're a fashion guru with 3+ years of experience.

You can charm clients & convert calls into sales with your fashion knowledge.

You're a customer service whiz, building relationships that last.

Learning Opportunity:

Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in bespoke tailoring services and also retaining the client.

Actively listen to client queries and understand their tailoring needs and preferences.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Darzi On Call's bespoke tailoring services.

Convert calls into qualified leads by skill fully guiding clients through the sales process.

Increasing business through existing client and retaining the same.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and progress sales opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns regarding after-sales services.

Experties:

Experienced with a passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong active listening skills to effectively understand client needs.

Ability to convert conversations into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.

Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Proficiency in using a CRM system is preferred.
