Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
• Promote and sell tractors, attachments, and other agricultural equipment to potential and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, businesses, and dealerships to generate leads and ensure repeat sales.
• Provide product demonstrations, including field trials, to showcase the benefits of various tractor models.
• Customer Consultation:
• Understand customer needs by engaging in consultative selling; recommend the right product mix based on requirements.
• Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
• Assist customers with financing options and service plans.
• Market Research & Lead Generation:
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demand to stay informed of current offerings and pricing.
• Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and networking at trade shows and local events.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive lead generation and customer management.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to management.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of tractor models, features, and advantages, including mechanical specifications, engine types, fuel efficiency, and usage scenarios.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on new models, technical specifications, and technological advances.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the needs of farmers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical product details to non-technical customers.
• Familiarity with financing options, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
